This church spire is on the Catholic church Immaculate Conception in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This church is 150 years old. I love how most churches have spires that soar to heaven. Just think of how many prayers have been offered in this building and how many people were comforted by the words of scripture or by fellow parishioners.
