I saw this lovely zinnia on my walk this morning. Taking walks in the summer is such a treat because there are so many beautiful flowers in bloom. The trees are dazzling too! Take a walk today, you will be happy you did! 🙂🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️

And now FLY!

Our Monarch butterfly has been released today to the outdoors after his wings dried. The butterfly is free to soar now! I will remember that I am free to soar I need to be bold and fly towards my dreams. Cheers to you and your path to soar! 🦋

Transformations

Our Monarch butterfly is in the chrysalis stage. Transformations can be difficult but I think it is more difficult to stay the same. We need to keep challenging ourselves and keep growing. Otherwise that feeling of being stuck will drain us of energy and life. Good luck with whatever transformation you are experiencing!
